TFDP Board of Directors
The Fatherless Daughter Project Board is comprised of a passionate group of individuals from all over the Atlanta area and beyond. A diverse group of members, the expertise of these individuals ranges over a variety of different industries including media and communications, TV and broadcast, business and law, sports, fashion real estate and more. Some fatherless and others tied to the issue through another way, each member has their own personal reason for passionately joining the board. Excited to be a part this much needed spotlight for this underground epidemic, the board looks forward to the development of the book, the documentary, and the movement.
Jon Babul
Jon Babul is currently the Director of Basketball Programs and Alumni Relations at the Atlanta Hawks. Originally from Massachusetts, he graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he studied Business Administration. Jon has had a long-standing career in the basketball industry as a player, coach and administrator at the high school, collegiate and professional level. He also serves as media talent for ESPN3 and IMG College Properties as a TV & radio analyst for Georgia Tech basketball games. The loving husband of TFDP founder, Denna Babul, Jon joined the board to support and assist in changing the lives of young women who have experienced fatherlessness. He also serves as a board member for The Atlanta Hawks Foundation and The Jr. NBA Advisory Committee.
Pam Beets
Pam Beets is currently a stylist at Tootsie’s Women’s Clothing in Buckhead, Atlanta, who specializes in sales, consulting and hosting special events. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville where she received her bachelor’s in fashion merchandising. Since graduation, Pam has become an experienced and talented member of the fashion community owning and running her own boutique and formally styling for Saks Fifth Avenue. She joined TFDP board because of her own experience as a fatherless daughter and in hopes of helping young girls who have experienced the similar loss.
Chad Carrodus
Described by many as a serial entrepreneur, Chad Carrodus has had many prosperous ventures at the age of 17. He currently is a senior at George Walton Comprehensive High School. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Atlanta Children’s Charities, a non-profit designed to streamline the volunteer process. Additionally, he serves as the Sales coordinator for Jet Senters Aviation, a leading global private aviation firm. With viscous drive and persistent dedication, Chad has refused to use his age as an excuse to achieve success. Instead, he uses it as a platform.
Stacey Elgin
Stacey Elgin is an Atlanta TV personality. She is a dedicated member of the Atlanta community, having lived and worked here for almost 25 years. She’s spent in career in front of the camera working as a TV news anchor for CNN, Fox 5 Atlanta and 11Alive News, as well as other TV stations in the Southeast. She maintains many of her strong ties to the industry and enjoys the many relationships she forged as a TV journalist. Stacey believes in giving back to the community and has helped raise money and awareness for multiple nonprofits and charities in addition to The Fatherless Daughter Project.

Stacy Galan
Stacy Galan is currently a broker for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. She began her real estate career in 2004 and was catapulted into the top performers circle and received multiple accolades for her outstanding production. Stacy works with a wide variety of clients from multimillion dollar homeowners to first-time buyers and possesses a strong knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods and schools. She loves to share her experiences and enthusiasm for living in and around Atlanta.
Rebecca Holmes
After spending years abroad as a flight attendant for Delta, Rebecca Holmes has now grounded herself at home with her husband Cha, and children, Clint and Hollis. She spends her time between Atlanta and her native Florida, where she owns a nautical antiques business and writes young adult fiction- a nod to her passion for Florida history, wildlife, and ecology.

Kimberley Kennedy
Emmy award winning journalist, author, and public speaker, Kimberly Kennedy has spent the majority of her career in the Atlanta television market. Highlights of her career include hosting her own daily talk show during the 1996 Summer Olympic Games, co-creating, producing, and hosting the highly rated news and entertainment show Hot Topics, and covering stories across Georgia. In addition, Kimberly revealed her own story in a book which gained and maintained international attention for years. Today, she continues to hear from those who’ve been inspired by her story.
Tonya Lanthier
Tonya Lanthier is CEO and founder of DentalPost, the leading dental staffing company in the country. DentalPost currently serves more than 500,000 dental professionals and more than 28,000 dental offices. Tonya began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the Atlanta-area in the mid-90s. She soon discovered a need for an easy-to-use, online employment gateway for the dental field and started what is now DentalPost.net in 2005. The last 10 years have been full of development and success.
Kimberly Lusink
CEO and founder of Paramount Staffing, LLC, Kimberly Lusink has been a part of the Atlanta business community for over 23 years. At Paramount, Kimberly and her staff work to connect individuals with the right job description, management style and corporate culture. The company specializes in the placement of administrative and clerical professionals within the corporate, legal, and medical fields. In addition to her leadership at Paramount, Kimberly serves on a number of committees and boards.
Nelie Bettress Lyman
Nelie Lyman received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and went on to get her master’s degree in English education at Piedmont College. She has been an educator for the state of Georgia for 16 years. Currently teaching at Whitewater Middle School, Nelie joined TFDP in order to help support her life-long friend Denna Babul. With twin boys of her own, Nelie is a single mother and understands the effect of fatherlessness.
Traci Mayo
Mother, manager, and volunteer, Traci Mayo is the Regional Clinical Manager of the Northeast and Central for the Women’s Surgical Division. Responsible for managing 29 states and 23 clincial specialists across the country, Traci loves helping change women’s lives and developing a team of passionate individuals who enjoy helping others. She joined TFDP Board to help fatherless girls and women move past their loss and find grace, love and forgiveness to move forward with a happy, fulfilled life.
Leslie McLeod
Leslie McLeod has been a resident of Atlanta for over 40 years and has worked in the corporate world of sales for 30 years. In addition to her career in sales, Leslie has always been extremely involved in the philanthropic arena of Atlanta. She’s served on numerous boards and chaired several of them assisting in organizing events and raising millions of dollars for a variety of these charitable organizations. Recently, she was even honored as one of Atlanta’s Women of Style and Substance at the annual Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Luncheon.

Toni Moceri
Currently a social media and marketing consultant, Toni Moceri has over 25 years of experience running and owning several of her own companies. Toni Moceri and Company, Moceri Management, and Social Diva Media are all businesses she has founded and developed over the last three decades. In addition to running multiple businesses, Toni is an active member of many organizations in the Atlanta community. Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed in the community as she was recently named one of Atlanta Best Self Magazine’s Over 40 & Fabulous. Her determination is contagious and inspiring.
Monica Pearson
Monica Pearson is a renowned Atlanta television broadcast journalist. She joined WSB-TV in 1975 as Atlanta’s first woman and first minority to anchor the daily 6 p.m. news. She also anchored the 4, 5 and 11 p.m. news during her career, debuting the 4 and 5. After 37 years as a news anchor with WSB-TV Atlanta, Monica retired in 2012. She now hosts a weekly radio show on KISS 104.1 FM, writes a column, “Monica Matters” for Southern Seasons Magazine, teaches part-time at Atlanta Metropolitan State College, and continues her Closeups interviews on www.wsbtv.com/monica. Throughout her career, she has received numerous accolades and honors for her distinguished bodies of work. Extremely active in the community, Monica also sits on and chairs several boards including TFDP.
Amy Pecic
Amy Pecic is currently a writer and public relations consultant. Her professional background includes over 20 years in sales, business development and PR. She’s worked with clients at some of the largest media networks, publishing companies and advertising agencies across the Southeast, Midwest & South Central United States. In the Fall of 2013, Amy moved to London, England to join her husband, and has been enjoying the opportunity to explore Europe extensively. Though she loves living abroad and experiencing different cultures, she’s learned there’s no place like home. She and her husband are looking forward to their return to Atlanta in January 2016.
Gaelle Philbert
Gaelle Philbert is a Sourcing Contract Manager for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta. She originally started her career as an analyst in commercial real estate working for Cushman & Wakefield in New York City. After five years of establishing a firm professional foundation in New York, she decided to move to Atlanta. Gaelle was then recruited as a business analyst for Abbott Vascular which helped her grain credibility in the healthcare industry and lead to her currently employer now. She works at Piedmont Healthcare as the Sourcing Manager for Cardiology and Intervention clinical departments.
Lisa Pierce
Lisa Pierce is currently President and CEO of Ageless at Any Age, a health and wellness company that offers skin care products to help people look glamorous at any age. She has been involved in the fitness and health care industry for over 20 years. Lisa has worked for many Fortune 100 companies with strong leadership and management skills. Her best rewards come from helping and mentoring of others in her corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Christine Pullara
Christine Pullara is an Atlanta TV host, spokesperson, and reporter. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism, Christine began a five-year stint as an award-winning news anchor, reporter and producer at NBC affiliates in Florida and California. Throughout the years she’s continued to report, host, and play in a number of widely popular shows and commercials for companies like American Express and Macy’s. Currently, in addition to hosting WXIA-TV’s “Atlanta & Company” weekdays at 11am, she continues working as talent in front of and behind the camera.
Laken Radvansky
Laken Radvansky is a junior at the University of South Carolina. Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, she is a southern girl at heart with a vivacious personality. Right out of high school she started her own business, New Creations Videography which has brought her great success. She lives her life to serve others and empower those around her to be better than they ever thought they could. I come from a broken past, but it does not define me. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14
Meg Reggie
Meg Reggie is the founder and CEO of Meg Reggie Public Relations (MR-PR). A resident and professional of Atlanta, she has more than 30 years of corporate, medical, hospitality, retail, and consumer brand communications experience. Meg is best known for creating, making and facilitating connections. A former television news reporter/anchor and prime time show host, she is an effective communicator with a vast social, civic, philanthropic, business and media network. Today, Meg serves on a number of boards and is actively involved in giving back to the Atlanta community through her involvement and expertise.
Dana Spinola
CEO and founder of Fab’rik, Dana Spinola left corporate America to pursue her dream of owning a clothing boutique. Now, in just 13 years, she has 35 locations throughout the Southeast, is slated to open 20 more in the next year, has been voted Atlanta’s best by numerous publications and has appeared in dozens of national publications. Dana is an inspiring and powerful entrepreneur whose success motivates others to pursue their passions to obtain all life has to offer.
Pete Wellborn
Paul Wellborn III, also known as Pete, is the founding partner of Wellborn, Wallace & Woodard, LLC. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and then went on to receive his law degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. One of the most well-known attorneys in the U.S., Pete’s law practice and legal victories have received worldwide publicity. He currently serves as the advising counselor for TFDP Board.
Trina Winde
Trina Ford Winde is a wife, mother, sister and friend. Native to South Carolinian, she is extremely passionate about her job as realtor. Her gift for listening and attention to detail has enriched the lives of many who are venturing into the unknown as first time home buyers. Besides selling real estate, she is also a writer. She aspires to one day touch the hearts of millions as she creates thought provoking story lines peppered with her zany sense of humor. All in all Trina’s passions have one common theme- ministering to others.
